Dema Dimbaya is fortunate and grateful to participate with medical clinics in Haiti and the Dominican Republic (Haitian community in DR). While here, we attended a wedding for five couples, distributed menstruation supplies (from the Women's Haven), donated school supplies, used solar and wind to build STEM projects for the children, provided nourishment for multiple communities, assisted families by carrying ill children to receive medical care, and witnessed a new church dedication. The church provides stability to the communities in the form of education, nourishment, job placement, etc.

 

It is a honor to serve families in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, some of whom escaped the unfortunate circumstances impacting Haiti at the current moment.

 

Dema Dimbaya came to this location in DR in January 2024 and looks forward to returning soon while continuing to send aid.
