In mid October, the Volta region in Ghana experienced spillage from the Akosombo Dam;  which has resulted in severe floods.  The floods displaced residents from their homes and interrupted life for people in multiple areas. The impacted areas include MEFE, AGAVE, SOGAKOPE & ADZIDOGOME.

 

Dema Dimbaya was able to make a donation to the efforts of a group of caring humanitarians in Ghana to purchase food and water for the displaced victims of the floods while the water recedes. Dema Dimbaya was happy to assist this effort and applauds the quick and thoughtful action of the individuals who worked together for the aid of others.
